Current Completion Status

Plot 1-painting is almost complete, in the kitchen, appliances are now being fitted, Tiling is about to start in the bathroom, kitchen and WC. Plumbing has been completed ready for testing when services are connected. The Fireplace will be addressed next along with completing Electrics, the property is Secure and Alarmed for security, Service connection are as follows:- Gas completion on 18th May, Elec completion 15th May, Water completion 13th May, BT connection and re-routing work (Pole Cables and underground Ducts) completion is Estimated to be around the 25th May.

Plot 2-Painting has Started, Joinery second fix work is ongoing near completion, Appliances are being fitted in the Kitchen, Plumbing 2nd fix almost completed, Elec second fix started, The Property is Secure and Alarmed.

Work on the Driveway for both Plots is aprox. 40% complete and the Garages construction will start shortly.

New Homes in LoundSide, Chapeltown

Hi, I am going to attempt to update this blog with progress reports on completion works on plots 1 & 2 at Loundside, these are 2 bed Semi's, now on sale at Haybrooks, with Plot 1 already Under offer by the first couple who viewed the properties!, this indicates the value these homes represent and now only 1 x 2 bed is remaining with a 3/4 bed Detached planned in the next few months.
